Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has expressed optimism about a US-backed peace plan to end the fighting in his country.
Speaking in the Netherlands, he said the draft plan being negotiated with US officials could be finalised within days.
Key issues, however, remain unresolved. He ruled out recognising Russian control over the Donbas and insisted Moscow must be forced to pay reparations.
