A new $350 million defence facility designed to house a new age of uncrewed aircraft has been unveiled in the Northern Territory.
At RAAF Base Tindal near Katherine, the Air Force’s Triton drones are now moving beyond training operations and will provide maritime intelligence to bolster border control and security in the Indo-Pacific.
