Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has targeted Opposition Leader Angus Taylor on his first day in the job.
Speaking at a regional Labor event, Mr Albanese has claimed the Liberal Party has not learned its lesson after a series of failed leaders.
He claims the Liberal Party have “not learned and never changed”.
