Russia launched barrage of missile strikes on Ukraine’s Kyiv and Kharkiv. Kyiv air defence system intercepted several of the missiles whereas Kharkiv was hit with massive destruction.
Russia reported on Friday that its forces have carried out seven cluster strikes against energy facilities used by Ukrainian military-industrial enterprises and Ukrainian military infrastructure over the past week, while Ukraine said on the same day that 136 combat engagements occurred in the frontline areas over the past day.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in its daily report that the Black Sea Fleet destroyed eight Ukrainian unmanned surface vessels, while its air defense systems shot down over 2,000 Ukrainian drones over the past week.
