NASA’s Artemis II on its way to the moon | President Trump reiterates timeline for War in Iran

Four astronauts in a spacecraft the size of a minibus, are orbiting the earth, waiting to get the all clear, to proceed on their journey to the moon. The 10-day Artemis II mission, will take them the furthest humans have travelled from Earth.

But at the launch on Wednesday, there were anxious moments for the first crewed lunar voyage in more than 50 years.

Two to three weeks is the timeline US President Donald Trump has reiterated for when his war with Iran may end. He insists Iran’s president has asked for a ceasefire, but that’s been rejected by Tehran.

President Trump issued the first prime-time address to the nation of his second presidency. A hastily-arranged address many thought would mark an end or escalation of the conflict.
