There has been a confronting update on a Sydney childcare worker accused of producing child sexual abuse material after they were hit with 129 additional charges.
It comes after the Australian Federal Police uncovered dozens more alleged offences from multiple locations, which took place between 2009 and 2025, as they attempt to identify all the victims.
