Fox News contributor Joe Concha claims US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has crossover appeal heading towards the 2028 presidential race.
“He has crossover appeal, in other words, he could bring in Democrats, independents,” Mr Concha told Sky News host James Morrow.
“Marco Rubio is the type of person at this point that I think a lot of Americans more and more are embracing.”
