A daring graffiti artist has climed to the top of Melbourne’s Bolte Bridge, after spraying graffiti one of the pylons and sharing videos online.
One lane remains closed as police try to negotiate with the person, who has painted a Pam the Bird tag on the eastern tower and is demanding a drone to bring him food.
