A speedboat capsized in southern Vietnam, resulting in the deaths of 15 people.
The vessel was carrying 32 Indian tourists when it overturned near Phu Quoc island.
Twenty-one others were rescued and taken to hospital, with two individuals reported to be in critical condition.
The cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
