Typhoon Narra has triggered severe flooding across southern China and northern Vietnam, forcing thousands of residents to evacuate. In Vietnam, the storm has killed one person, displaced more than 4,300 households and damaged roads, homes, power infrastructure and farmland. Authorities said heavy rains also caused floods and landslides in several northern provinces, while nearly 55,000 families were left without electricity.
