Nepal is battling a devastating flood crisis after massive flash floods swept through several parts of the Himalayan nation, leaving over 160 people dead and more than 750 missing, including foreign nationals. In this video, Firstpost brings you visuals from Uttargaya Municipality, Gyirong Port and the Trishuli River, showing floodwaters and debris sweeping through villages, roads and critical infrastructure. The disaster has also affected the Tibet region, where mudslides and flooding have been reported in Gyirong County. The search and rescue operation remains underway, with several foreign nationals, including Indians, still missing. India has dispatched 10 tonnes of humanitarian assistance and essential medicines to support Nepal’s flood response.
