A court filing after a raid on Congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s Washington, DC home listed her name as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, the surname of her ex -husband.
There wasn’t an explanation for the name in the court filing, but President Trump is arguing the congresswoman has been sworn in under an incorrect name and must resign.
