Ukraine said its armed forces used cheap drones and Moscow’s mines to strike two bridges inside Russia, in a rare piece of good news for Kyiv. The bridges, near the border with Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, had strategic importance. Russia did not comment on the attacks.
