Spiked Online Editor Tom Slater says the UK government is “incapable” of handling the immigration crisis.
This comes after Shabana Mahmood was appointed as UK Secretary of State for the Home Department.
“Of all of the people they could’ve picked, she’s easily the most right-wing,” Mr Slater said.
“She’s got a reputation for being pretty conservative, is clearly quite keen to get on top of the boats’ issues.”
