Sky News Contributor Kosha Gada expresses concern over a US scientific breakthrough where scientists have, for the first time, created early-stage human embryos using DNA from skin cells and sperm.
“They basically are creating an egg, or for all practical purposes, what the role of the egg is in human fertilisation in a lab, in a test tube through skin cells or any other type of cell,” Ms Gada told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“We all know that the reality is going to be deeply, deeply troubling.
“Playing God never ends well.”
