Most people experience awe about 3 to 4 times a week and can experience it at the smallest things, like people being kind to one another or a particularly nice tree. And the thing about awe is that it changes how your brain works, decreasing activity in an area called the default mode network, which is attached to things like your ego and anxiety. It really does change your brain and your behaviour for the better.
