Nationals Senate Leader Bridget McKenzie says Victoria’s new Indigenous treaty legislation is “appalling”.
Victoria is the first state to pass legislation enabling a treaty with Indigenous Australians.
Ms McKenzie told Sky News Australia that it’s an “incredibly disappointing day” to see the legislation pass.
