Victorian Opposition Leader Jess Wilson has become the first woman to lead Victorian Liberals as she states the party needs to take a “new direction”.
“We needed to be very clear that we had a broad set of priorities that we could take to the next election,” Ms Wilson told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“First and foremost, around the failing Victorian economy.
“I can take that broad agenda around the economy … to the next election and provide that credible alternative.”
