The parents of an 18-year-old are concerned their daughter is a danger to society and that she could be capable of carrying out an attack similar to the stabbing rampage at Westfield, Bondi Junction. The young woman’s parents think she’s fallen through the cracks of Victoria’s youth justice and mental health systems. Despite repeatedly attacking people and being arrested, the teen has been continuously released back into the community.
