A $1 million dollar reward has been offered by Victoria Police for information leading to the capture of fugitive Dezi Freeman.
Usually such rewards are only offered if they lead to a conviction, but in a first for the state, the money is being offered for an arrest.
Mr Freeman is accused of killing two police officers and injuring another in the state’s north east 12 days ago.
