In 2024, hedge fund manager Kenneth Griffin paid $60 million for a 150-million-year-old stegosaurus. Actors Russell Crowe, Nicolas Cage and Leonardo DiCaprio are also among the high-profile collectors drawn to dinosaur fossils.
