Millions have taken to the streets across the United States in the third wave of “No Kings” protests, targeting President Donald Trump’s policies on the war in Iran, immigration enforcement and the rising cost of living.
Demonstrations were reported in all 50 states, with major rallies in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Minnesota, where public figures joined protesters in calling for political change. Celebrities like Robert De Niro, Bruce Springsteen and Mark Ruffalo also joined the protests calling on Trump’s aggressive anti-immigration policies. The movement has also spread beyond the United States, with protests reported in London and other European cities, signalling growing international opposition.
