According to InStyle, the royal couple have never had a single live-in housekeeper, nanny, gardener or security personnel living with their family because both Prince William and Catherine want their children’s lives to be as normal as possible—which includes doing their own chores.
While the Wales’ have a frequent nanny and housekeeper, they don’t live with the family—and they must follow a strict zero tolerance policy for gossiping.
An insider source previously said, “I think it would surprise people to see how ordinary things are at home. The children help with laying the table, clearing their plates when they’ve finished eating, and tidying up.”
“There’s no preferential treatment.”
