Australia’s Palestinian representative is calling on the federal government to join a dozen countries, including the UK, France and Canada, in imposing a trade ban on settlements in the occupied West Bank.
Foreign Minister Penny Wong has confirmed Australia will act further against Israel but has ruled out throwing weight behind the major sanctions.
