An NBC Los Angeles news helicopter crashed in the Chatsworth neighbourhood of Los Angeles while covering a nearby deadly bus crash, killing three people. The aircraft was NewsChopper4, which was also used by Telemundo 52, and reporter Eliana Moreno and pilot George Marciniw were among those killed. The helicopter crashed between commercial buildings and burst into flames, with the fire spreading to four vehicles and two storage containers as more than 70 firefighters responded. The FAA and NTSB are investigating the crash as tributes pour in for the victims.
