Prince Harry and Meghan Markleâs evening reception was catered by star chef Clare Smyth, who appeared alongside the Duchess of Sussex in the season 2 premiere of Netflixâs With Love, Meghan.
During the after-wedding party it was revealed that guests were served fried chicken, which Meghan dubbed âthe most delicious mealâ.
Clare explained, âItâs not really something I typically do, so we had to try and create a recipe for fried chicken. And we did, and we kept it⌠We still do it [at my restaurant as] an off-menu item.â
In response, Meghan joked: âOh my gosh, I love that we have created something off menu and that our off-menu item is the fried chicken⌠If thatâs my claim to fame, Iâm thrilled.â
