A retired Israeli Army Commander has inadvertently confirmed Hamas’s estimates of the Gaza death toll.
The former Commander told a community meeting that more than 200 thousand people have been killed or injured in the war, confirming a toll that the Israeli Government had repeatedly called ‘fake’.
At least 40 people have been killed in the latest attacks in Gaza City and aid distribution remains an ongoing problem.
