Broadcaster Lucy Zelic discusses the impacts of parents giving their young children smartphones.
“If you cannot see that this is proving to have a detrimental impact on your child’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being, we’ve already got problems,” Ms Zelic told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“Of course it’s going to be risky.”
