Alcaraz Breaks Career Grand Slam Record | 10 Sport

Newly-minted Australian Open winner Carlos Alcaraz says it’s a “great feeling” to etch his name into the record books as the youngest-ever male career grand slam winner.

A career grand slam refers to winning all four grand slams in a player’s career. Rafael Nadal was previously the youngest male to achieve the feat at 24-years-old in 2010 – with Alcaraz securing his at age 22 with Sunday night’s victory.

Steffi Graf holds the record as the youngest-ever player to win a career grand slam, at just 19-years-old.
