UK Labour leader hopeful Andy Burnham has been given the green light to begin the process of his possible return to parliament.
The party has given him permission to stand in the selection process of an upcoming by-election after being blocked from two other votes.
Wes Streeting, who is being touted as another possible replacement for Prime Minister Keir Starmer, believes Mr Burnham should run, arguing he has the best chance at winning the seat.
