Bush foods — such as saltbush, pepperberry and lemon myrtle — have sustained Indigenous people for thousands of years.
Now an Aboriginal nursery is growing and supplying the native foods to a Sydney bakery, to produce artisan products with a unique flavour.
The collaboration is about more than just delicious food — it provides employment and training to both First Nations and newly arrived Australians.
