Police are investigating what caused a car to enter the grounds of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Woollahra. There were reports of a suspicious vehicle parked in the building’s driveway in Woollahra.
Officers attempted to speak to the driver when he drove his vehicle into the gates of the property.
