A Brisbane magistrate has approved the extradition of Ashley Paul Griffith, one of Australia’s worst paedophiles, to New South Wales, where he will face 180 fresh charges.
Griffith pleaded guilty in 2024 to more than 300 child sex offences and appeared at Brisbane Magistrates Court today.
After the hearing ended, supporters of his victims hurled insults at him from the public gallery.
