Volodymyr Zelenskyy has suggested he’s prepared to pull Ukrainian forces back from areas of the Donbas region and turn it into a demilitarised zone, if Russia does the same.

The new offer was made as he revealed the latest version of the 20-point peace plan, agreed to by Ukrainian and US negotiators.

But there’s no sign that the Kremlin is ready to agree to the terms.
