Coles and Woolworths could be up for one of the biggest payouts in corporate history – after a ruling in the Federal Court today over the underpayment of around 30,000 workers. The supermarket giants have already repaid millions of dollars to affected staff, but the lawyer behind the case says the final payout could reach “a billion dollars”. 10 News+ talks to former Coles employee Maria Pabalan, who is leading the class action.
