A former Commonwealth Bank employee, who was replaced by the AI system she helped train, has taken on the company’s big wigs. Queenslander Kathryn Sullivan was made redundant after a quarter-of-a-century of service with the bank and is now concerned, due to her age, she won’t be hired again.
