Devonport City Council has voted unanimously to endorse the design and location of a permanent memorial to honour the six children who died in the 2021 Hillcrest Primary School tragedy.
Seeds from the dried floral tributes from the one-year anniversary of the tragedy will be scattered at the future Coles Bay memorial.
