Virgin Australia is under fire over the alleged mistreatment of two disabled passengers, after they refused to allow them to board. In two separate incidents, Virgin claimed their wheelchairs were too big or too heavy. The victims say it’s all too common, and are calling for airlines to be held to account. 10 News+ spoke to Oliver Morton-Evans and Dina Bassile about their experiences.
