US President Donald Trump has been handed a win by the Supreme Court with their verdict on the administration’s transgender passports policy.
The Supreme Court ruled that the State Department can now require people to state their biological sex on new or renewed passports.
The high court found in a 6-3 order that a lower court in Massachusetts had made a mistake in blocking it, thus greenlighting the order.
Trump argues the president has the authority to set rules on government documents.
