Elon Musk’s lawsuit against OpenAI and its boss Sam Altman has been dismissed by a US jury.
The billionaire had accused Mr Altman of breaching a contract by turning OpenAI into a for-profit company after he donated $53 million to the company.
The ChatGPT-maker’s boss argued Mr Musk had backed the idea and wanted its control for the long-run.
The jury dismissed the case after concluding Tesla’s CEO had filed after a statute of limitations to bring such claims had expired.
