“Victoria was a happening place, it was a good place to be,” Mr Carlyon told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“Everything seems to be shrinking; everything seems to be harder.
“The government doesn’t have a clue what it’s doing; it’s incompetent on so many levels.”
