An eight and ten-year-old have been killed in a mass shooting in the US city of Minneapolis. Another 17 were injured. Police say the assailant died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The FBI says it is investigating the incident as an act of domestic terrorism and a hate crime targeting Catholics.
