Sky News host Caleb Bond criticises the Queensland government for asking homeowners to get a permit for their Christmas lights and decorations.
“You’re getting punished for bringing some cheer to the community”, Mr Caleb said.
“For the council to turn around and then say you have got to pay one thousand dollars to get a permit in order to put lights on your house.”
