Former NRL winger Matt Utai is in hospital after a drive-by shooting near his home in southwest Sydney.
Emergency services were reportedly called to the Greenacre property around 6am this morning after reports of a public place shooting.
The 44-year-old was treated at the scene for multiple gunshot wounds before being taken to hospital in a serious condition.
