After a tense first-half, France has scored two goals in six minutes to break away from the Moroccan side, bringing French fans at the Bondi Road Hotel in Bondi Beach, Sydney, to their feet.
The first a goal by Kylian Mbappé followed by a strike from Ousmane Dembele.
That is Mbappé’s 20th World Cup goal, and eighth of this tournament. He’s now tied with Lionel Messi on the Golden Boot ladder.
