Germany’s Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul has insisted that Europe must have a seat at the table in any negotiations to end the Russia-Ukraine war.
Germany also said Europe could eventually have good relations with Russia, distinguishing between the Russian government and its people, but said he currently sees no willingness from Moscow to enter negotiations despite renewed diplomatic contacts.
