A national campaign is being launched to close a legislative loophole that prevents victim-survivors of child sexual abuse from seeking justice. Grace Tame is partnering with a man who tried to sue the Diocese of Ballarat for the abuse committed by Father Bryan Coffey, a known paedophile who died in 2013. The High Court ruled that the Diocese was not liable since the priest was not an employee.
