Sky News host Sharri Markson discusses Hamas and Israeli negotiators’ arrival in Egypt to debate the final points of the President’s 20-point plan.
“Israel would need to release 250 Palestinian prisoners serving life sentences, many of them terrorists, and another 1700 detainees arrested since October 7,” Ms Markson said.
“This in return for 48 innocent Israeli hostages, of whom about 20 are believed to be alive. This is hardly a fair or good deal.
“Hamas’s only goal is to destroy Israel and Jews. They laughed and celebrated as they murdered hundreds and hundreds of babies, children, girls, women, and men on October 7.
“They don’t and will never want peace. They are extremist hardline terrorists.”
