Hanson crushes Labor and Coalition on immigration as both parties panic

News24 host Andrew Bolt argues One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson has put enormous pressure on Labor and the Coalition by demanding immigration be slashed to 130,000 a year.

“It’s been a very good day for Pauline Hanson,” Mr Bolt said.

“The pressure she’s put on both parties by saying she’s going to slash immigration, slash it to 130,000 a year.

“Last week Tony Burke, the minister in charge of immigration, tried to present his plan to at least trim immigration … the other ministers told him it was too tough. Go away.

“Today we saw the Opposition in the same strife, also telling a frontbencher to shut up about it.

“No wonder polls show that when it comes to leaders handling immigration, voters choose Hanson first and daylight second.”
