Another mistrial has been declared in the rape case against disgraced media mogul Harvey Weinstein after the jury was unable to reach a verdict.
The trial centres around allegations the 74-year-old raped aspiring actress Jessica Mann in the room of a hotel in 2017.
It’s the third time a New York jury has considered the case.
Prosecutors now have 30 days to decide whether to try the case for a fourth time.
The 74-year-old is expected to remain behind bars due to his convictions in other cases.
The outcome has been welcomed by Harvey Weinstein’s legal team.
